The deaths and traffic accidents in Brazil are demanding legislative action to ensure the safety of those moves on the streets and Brazilian roads, considering the enactment of Prohibition, number 11.705, enacted in June 2008 in order to reduce accidents caused by drunk drivers in Brazil, toughening punishment against those who drink before taking the wheel. By last, not less important to emphasize the strength of the law regarding the protection of occupational health and safety professional driver and that Law 12,619 / 2012 which has brought another beacon for the protection of that worker, assuming a new face of labor law Brazil, as the environment of these workers is public, carried by all of us. The Law. 12,619 / 2012, which finally came to regulate the complex and multifaceted profession of road driver carrier of cargo and passengers, and as might be expected, its content and scope have inspired heated debates, since the pair bring invaluable contribution to million professional drivers, especially regarding the control of working hours and the driving time also protects the fundamental right to life of all who move on the streets, roads and avenues of the country.
