Análise da influência meteorológica nas internações por doenças cardiovasculares

Existem diversos trabalhos que relacionam saúde e fatores ambientais, focados sobre determinado grupo de pessoas (crianças, adultos ou idosos) ou população em geral. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a influência meteorológica nas internações por doenças cardiovasculares (DCV) na população acima de 45 anos do município de Presidente Prudente – São Paulo, durante o período de 2000 a 2005. Foram calculadas as anomalias mensais meteorológicas, possibilitando inferir como estas se comportaram em relação à média climatológica. Utilizou-se de Análise Estatística Descritiva e correlação das variáveis através do Coeficiente de Correlação de Pearson que permitiu estabelecer uma associação entre elementos meteorológicos e internações DCV. Os resultados revelaram uma relação estatisticamente significativa entre os extremos térmicos e o grupo em estudo indicando a necessidade de articular medidas de prevenção.

There are many works relate ambient health and factors, on determined group of people (aged children, adults or) or population in general. This study it objectified to analyze the meteorological influence in the internments for cardiovascular illnesses (DCV) in the population above of 45 years of the city of President Prudente - São Paulo, during the period of 2000 the 2005. The meteorological monthly anomalies had been calculated, making possible to infer as these if they had held in relation to the climatic average. One used of Analysis Descriptive Statistics and correlation of the 0 variable through the Coefficient of Correlation of Pearson that allows to establish an association between meteorological elements and internments DCV. The results had statistical disclosed to a significant relation between the thermal extremities and the group in study indicating the necessity to articulate measured of prevention.
