O presente artigo trata da relação entre justiça e governação democrática, tendo o liberalismo
igualitário de John Rawls como base de construção teórica. Por meio de um estudo
exploratório, hipotético-dedutivo, cruza-se os conceitos de democracia e justiça, perscrutando-se
o modelo de justiça apresentado por Rawls, e defendendo-se, por fim, a importância
da justiça liberal-igualitária como elemento indispensável para a construção de uma sociedade
democrática.

This article deals with the relationship between justice and democratic governance, with liberalism
Of John Rawls as the basis of theoretical construction. By means of a study
exploratory, hypothetical-deductive, the concepts of democracy and justice are crossed, looking
the model of justice presented by Rawls, and defending, finally, the importance
of liberal-egalitarian justice as an indispensable element for the construction of a society
democracy.
