ENZIMAS EXÓGENAS NA ALIMENTAÇÃO DE AVES

Atualmente a grande questão na produção animal é a redução dos custos, sem esquecer da
manutenção dos lucros ou até o aumento deles. Outro aspecto bastante questionado na atualidade são os
alimentos alternativos que são utilizados na substituição do milho e soja, pois esses sofrem muitas influências de
mercado e seu preço varia muito. Contudo a grande maioria dos alimentos utilizados nessa substituição contém
fatores antinutricionais como inibidores de proteases, fitatos entre outros que pioram a qualidade do alimento e
dificultam a digestibilidade dos nutrientes por parte das aves. Em busca disso é que se tem buscado alternativas
com ajuda da tecnologia em vigor na produção de enzimas exógenas para a alimentação animal, tendo como
benefícios a manutenção da qualidade dos alimentos, melhora na digestibilidade dos nutrientes, redução da
umidade das excretas e eliminação em parte ou total dos fatores antinutricionais dos alimentos utilizados na
alimentação de aves. Sendo assim esta revisão teve como objetivo elaborar este documento com base nos
avanços e demais utilizações das enzimas exógenas na alimentação de aves.

Resumo Inglês:

Currently the great question in the animal production is the cost reduction, without forgetting the
maintenance of the profits or the increase of them. Another aspect very questioned at the present time is the
alternative foods that are used replacing corn and soy, because they suffer many influences of the market and
their price varies a lot. However the great majority of foods used in this replacement contains anti-nutritional
factors as protease inhibitors, fitates among others that worsen the quality of the food and make digestibility of
the nutrients hard for birds. With this goal, it has been studied alternatives using the current technology on
exogenous enzymes production for animal feeding, with the benefits of food quality maintenance, improving the
digestibility of the nutrients, reduction of the humidity of the excrements and elimination in part or total of the
anti-nutritional factors of foods used in the feeding of birds. Therefore, this revision aimed to elaborate this
document based on advances and other utilizations of exogenous enzymes in birds feeding.
