O Congresso Nacional: busca por uma reforma política

Nas circunstâncias atuais do cenário político brasileiro, a necessidade de mudanças na estrutura política se mostra premente. Assim, mais uma vez a sociedade brasileira está diante do tema Reforma Política. Os diversos projetos de leis, bem como as diversas de propostas de emenda à Constituição tratavam exclusivamente de pontos oriundos do Direito Eleitoral, a exemplo, do voto distrital, e suas diversas ramificações e compreensões jurídicas, financiamento das campanhas eleitorais, voto proporcional e possibilidade de reeleição para os chefes dos Poder Executivo. Dentro dessa perspectiva aborda-se um debate que se trava deste o ano de 2015 sobre o tema Reforma Política no Congresso Nacional, por meio da Comissão Especial criada para discorrer sobre esse tema, bem como a proposta de emenda à Constituição Federal que serviria de norte para as futuras modificações constitucionais e legislativas.

In the current circumstances of the Brazilian political scenario, the need for changes in the political structure is urgent. Thus, once again Brazilian society is facing the issue of Political Reform. The various bills, as well as the various proposals foramendments to the Constitution, dealt exclusively with points arising from Electoral Law, such as district voting, and its various ramifications and legal understandings, financing of electoral campaigns, proportional voting and the possibility of re-election for the heads of the executive branch. Within this perspective, a debate that has been taking place since 2015 on the topic of Political Reform in the National Congress isaddressed, through the Special Commission created to discuss this topic, as well as the proposal for an amendment to the Federal Constitution that would serve as a guide for future constitutional and legislative changes.
