Este breve artigo interroga as recentes dinâmicas revolucionarias nos países árabes e
as revoltas dos jovens europeus indignados a partir do exemplo das “revoluções” silenciosas
da organização dos primeiros conselhos indígenas da America latina nos anos 70. Pergunta se
a solidariedade pode ser um valor constituído ou um valor construído socialmente na matriz
humana das relações de reciprocidade.

This brief article interrogates recent revolutionary dynamic in the Arab countries
and the revolts of angry young Europeans from the example of the silent "revolutions" of the
organization of the first Indian councils of Latin America in 70 years. It asks whether
solidarity can be an established value or a value socially built in the human matrix of
reciprocity relationships.
