O presente estudo, realizado pelo Observatório do Turismo do Estado de Goiás, tem como objetivo analisar os indicadores do perfil dos turistas que participaram do Circuito Gastronômico da Cidade de Goiás no ano de 2024, levando em consideração o crescimento dos circuitos gastronômicos no estado de Goiás. A pesquisa teve como propósito conhecer e identificar o perfil do público participante, bem como seu grau de satisfação por meio das características demográficas, comportamentais e motivacionais dos turistas que frequentaram o evento. Foram aplicadas 23 perguntas, utilizando-se o formato impresso com perguntas abertas e fechadas, nos dias 19, 20, 21 e 22 de julho de 2024, e respondidas por 300 participantes. Dessa forma, o estudo pretende fornecer dados relevantes para o planejamento estratégico do turismo gastronômico como uma importante atividade econômica e cultural na região.
The present study, carried out by the Tourism Observatory of the State of Goiás, aims to analyze the profile indicators of tourists who participated in the Gastronomic Circuit of the City of Goiás in the year 2024, taking into account the growth of gastronomic circuits in the state of Goiás The purpose of the research was to understand and identify the profile of the participating public, as well as their level of satisfaction through the demographic, behavioral and motivational characteristics of the tourists who attended the event. 23 questions were applied, using the printed format with open and closed questions, on the 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd of July 2024, and answered by 300 participants.
