O objetivo deste artigo é realizar uma análise da primeira parte do escrito do jovem Hegel sobre o direito natural. Na primeira parte analisaremos o que seria a crÃtica hegeliana ao procedimento seguido pelo modo empÃrico de tratar o direito natural. Na segunda, voltaremos nossa atenção para a crÃtica à estrutura desse mesmo modo.
This paper aims to analyze the first part of the essay of the young Hegel about the natural right. Firstly we will analyze what would be Hegel’s criticism towards the procedure used by empirical way to understand the natural right. After we will turn our attention to his criticism of its structure.
