O presente estudo destina-se a averiguar a eficácia temporal do complemento da norma penal
em branco. Busca, inicialmente, averiguar a aceitação doutrinária e jurisprudencial das
normas penais em branco, sejam as homogêneas ou heterogêneas. Na seqüência, investiga-se
a possibilidade de aplicação de seus efeitos retroativamente, quando os mesmos forem
benéficos ao réu, estabelecendo as condições para tanto.
The present study is destined to inquire it the temporal efficacy of the complement of the
blank criminal law. Search, initially, to inquire the doctrinal and jurisprudential acceptance of
the blank criminal law, is homogeneous or the heterogeneous ones. In the sequence, it is
investigated retroactive possibility of application of its effect, when the same ones will be
beneficial to the male defendant, establishing the conditions for in such a way.
