In the present essay, it is proposed to have a new paradigm in the Latin American Prosecutor, inclined towards a classification of supreme legal values against the abuse of Power, Organized Crime and Citizen Insecurity, taking an ethical position from the doctrine of the Philosophy of Law.
En el presente ensayo se propone tener un nuevo paradigma en el Fiscal Latinoamericano, inclinado hacia una clasificación de los valores jurídicos supremos frente al abuso del Poder, la Criminalidad Organizada y la Inseguridad Ciudadana, tomando posición ética desde la doctrina de la Filosofía del Derecho.
