LEVANTAMENTO DAS MANIFESTAÇÕES PATOLÓGICAS EM RESIDÊNCIAS FAMILIARES

O desempenho das obras de construção civil tem sido bastante questionado devido a diversos aspectos, o que torna obrigatória a realização de pesquisas que detectem os problemas surgidos. As patologias estão presentes nas edificações desde que surgiu o ato de construir, em maior ou menor grau, seja por falta de capacitação técnica do pessoal envolvido no processo, utilização de materiais de baixa qualidade, causas naturais ligadas ao envelhecimento dos materiais, ou ainda, ações externas. Atualmente, com o acelerado ritmo da construção civil, esse contexto tem se intensificado, tanto em grandes edifícios como em obras menores. Apesar deste assunto ser bastante discutido, ainda é muito frequente a ocorrência desses problemas devido à falhas humanas. Com o objetivo de identificar as principais patologias, suas origens, determinar a gravidade dos problemas, e por fim, propor uma conduta para a solução do problema mais incidente, foi realizado um levantamento das patologias manifestadas em residências familiares, de um ou dois pavimentos, com idade da estrutura de até cinco anos, na cidade de Salto do Lontra. O conhecimento das consequências dos tipos de problemas patológicos mais comuns é essencial para a prevenção, manutenção, ou identificação, diagnóstico e reparo das edificações afetadas.

The construction work performance has been very questioned because a lot of aspects, which makes mandatory the researches showing the problems appeared. The pathologies are present in the building since the act of building was born, in a greater or lesser degree, either for lack of technical training of personnel involved in the process, use of low quality materials, natural causes related to aging of materials, or even external actions. Currently, with the construction fast pace, this context has been intensified. The choice of this topic occurred because of the high incidence of pathologies, in large buildings as well in minor works. Although this subject is very discussed, still is very often the occurrence of these problems caused because of human error. With the intention of to identify the major diseases, their origins, determine the problems severity, and finally, to propose a conduct for the solution of the more prevalent problem, it will be realized a survey about the manifested pathologies in family homes, with one or two floors, structured by up not more then 5 years ago, located in the city of Salto do Lontra. The knowledge of the consequences about types of problems pathological more common is essential for the prevention, maintenance, identification, diagnosis and repair of the affected buildings.
