Resumo Português:

O intuito principal deste trabalho não é apenas fazer um percurso pela
ampla obra do escritor Machado de Assis. Nosso objetivo é buscar entender uma
espécie de ensaio de um projeto literário e de aperfeiçoamento na utilização do
onírico em narrativas distintas. Os momentos que se referem ao encontro da
realidade ficcional com os espaços do inconsciente, quando mesclados,
transformam a narrativa em um jogo de vozes, espaços e tempos diversos.
Procuraremos resgatar, por meio de várias leituras, a indefinição dos limites entre
sonho e realidade ficcional instaurada pelo autor. Analisaremos também, a
importância do escritor no século XIX e as inúmeras situações que deixam o leitor
em estado de hesitação dentro da ficção machadiana.

Resumo Inglês:

This work aim is not to make only a tour of the extensive Machado de
Assis' shell-work. Our goal is to understand a kind of test of a literary project and
improvement in the use of the dream in different narratives. The moments that
refer to the meeting between fictional reality and unconscious spaces, when
mixed, change the narrative in a game of voices, spaces and times . We want to
rescue, through many texts, the limits indefinition between dream and reality
fictional established by the author. We will also analyze the importance of the
writer in the 19th century and the different situations that leave the reader in doubt
of the state within the Machadian fiction.
