Enzimas de microrganismos termofÃlicos são superiores as enzimas tradicionais porque podem realizar processos
industriais nas quais proteÃnas convencionais são completamente desnaturadas. Portanto, enzimas de
microrganismos termofÃlicos têm grande relevância industrial. Neste contexto este trabalho apresenta algumas
destas enzimas de importância industrial bem como suas caracterÃsticas e aplicações.

Enzymes derived from thermophilic microorganisms are superior to the traditional catalysts because they can
perform industrial processes under which conventional proteins are completely denatured. Therefore, enzymes
from thermophilic microorganisms have industrial relevance. In this work it is presented some of these enzymes
of industrial importance as well as its characteristics and applications.
