O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar as modificações na rede de drenagem decorrentes das obras de engenharia do Programa Social e Ambiental dos Igarapés de Manaus (PROSAMIM), no igarapé Mestre Chico, relacionando-as com as informações previstas nos relatórios técnicos oficiais do Programa. Observou-se que determinadas informações projetadas não foram realizadas. Destacam-se problemas relacionados a processos erosivos e ao escoamento de águas pluviais.

The objective of this study was to appreciate changes in the drainage basin derived from engineering constructions of the Programa Social e Ambiental dos Igarapés de Manaus (PROSAMIM) in the igarapé Mestre Chico, relating them to the information provided in the technical reports of the official program. It was observed that some information was not designed. Stand out problems related to erosion and runoff of rainwater.
