Passado mais de cinco anos da implantação
do curso de licenciatura sob a resolução n.1/2002,
torna-se extremamente importante avaliarmos, na perspectiva
dos egressos, essa nova proposta que continua
vigente, bem como o interesse dos mesmos na formação
continuada seja para o bacharelado ou em programas de
pós-graduação, para que a instituição possa atender as
necessidades e os interesses de seus egressos. Método:
trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva de caráter diagnóstico
com o objetivo de determinar o nÃvel de satisfação com a
formação e a trajetória de egressos de um curso de licenciatura
em Educação FÃsica da região sul. Como instrumento,
foi utilizado um questionário estruturado em duas partes,
avaliação direta e indireta dos indicadores com perguntas
abertas e fechadas. Resultados: os egressos consideraram
o desempenho pessoal e da instituição de forma igual
às outras instituições, tendo o grau de satisfação geral
pela universidade em nÃvel bom (76,47%). Para 47,05%
dos sujeitos, as funções profissionais desempenhadas
estão parcialmente relacionadas com o curso, e poucas
não possuem nenhuma analogia (29,41% dos sujeitos).
A maioria (70,58%) não está em formação continuada,
mas 58,82% deseja cursar pós-graduação e 23,52% o
curso de bacharelado. Considerações finais: não existe
diferença no desempenho individual, e no desempenho
da instituição comparado às outras instituições, estão satisfeitos
e pretendem continuar estudando principalmente
em cursos de pós-graduação.
After more than five years of implementation
of the Licenciate degree in the resolution n.1/2002, it
becomes extremely important to evaluate, on graduates
perspective, this new proposal is still valid, as well the interest
of continuing education is the same for a Bachelor's
degree or Graduate programs, to enable the institution to
meet the needs and interests of its graduates. Method:
this is a descriptive research of diagnostic feature in order
to determine the satisfaction level with the training and
career of graduates from a Licenciate degree in Physical
Education from Southern. As a tool, we used a structured
questionnaire in two parts, direct and indirect evaluation
of indicators with open and closed questions. Results: the
results show that the graduates considered the personal
performance and institution equally to the other institutions,
and the overall satisfaction rate, by the university,
in good level (76.47%). For 47.05% of the subjects, their
employments are partly related to the course, and few have
no analogy (29.41% of subjects). The majority (70.58%)
is not in continuing education, but 58.82% want to attend
Graduate school and 23.52% the bachelor's program.
Final considerations: There is no difference in individual
performance and institution performance when compared
to other institutions; they are satisfied and intend to continue
studying especially in Graduate courses.
