Este artigo analisa a atual dinâmica de acumulação do capital onde o aspecto
financeiro predomina diante das formas de atuação dos principais agentes
econômicos na produção do espaço urbano. Em vista disso, uma análise intraurbana
tem, necessariamente, que considerar as relações existentes entre os
movimentos dos capitalistas pela cidade e o mercado imobiliário. Com isso, a partir
dos anos 2000 percebe-se a multiplicação na paisagem uberlandense de
empreendimentos imobiliários com características de condomínios horizontais
fechados, onde os agentes imobiliários através de inovações mercadológicas atraem
a demanda solvável, promovendo alterações físicas em toda área onde são
construídos e também alterando os preços dos imóveis em suas proximidades.

This paper examines the current dynamics of accumulation of capital where the
financial aspect predominates in the face of forms of economic activity from the main
actors in the production of urban space. Therefore, an intra-urban analysis is,
necessarily, to consider the relationship between the movements of the capitalist city
and the property market. With this, the understands from the years 2000 to increase
the landscape uberlandense of real estate ventures with characteristics of closed
horizontal condominiums, where estate agents through marketing innovations to
attract solvable demand, promoting physical changes in entire area is constructed
and also changing prices for buildings in it‟s vicinity.
