As discussões sobre saúde permeiam diversas esferas da sociedade, gerando diferentes entendimentos sobre este direito. No contexto escolar, abordar Saúde e Educação em Saúde (ES) revela a importância dos periódicos científicos na popularização da ciência. Este estudo investigou a presença desses temas nas publicações da Revista Insignare Scientia (RIS) entre 2018-2023. A RIS publica materiais acadêmicos variados, como relatos de experiência, propostas didáticas, artigos e revisões bibliográficas, com foco no Ensino de Ciências (EC), que inclui ES. A busca pelo termo “saúde” resultou em 18 textos analisados. A Análise de Conteúdo gerou duas categorias: “práticas pedagógicas em educação em saúde” e “abordagens sobre saúde nas pesquisas documentais”. Os documentos oficiais, como os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) e a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), embasaram as práticas e pesquisas, conferindo credibilidade às publicações. As práticas pedagógicas incluíram metodologias como sequências didáticas, jogos, filmes e questionários, promovendo reflexões sobre hábitos saudáveis. Já as pesquisas documentais envolveram revisões de literatura e investigações com sujeitos, destacando concepções de saúde e baseando-se em teóricos da área histórico-cultural e daanálise do discurso. Assim, o estudo reforça a relevância da RIS na divulgação científica e no fortalecimento de pesquisas em ES.
Discussions about health permeate several spheres of society, generating different understandings about this right. In the school context, addressing Health and Health Education (HE) reveals the importance of scientific journals in popularizing science. This study investigated the presence of these topics in the publications of the Insignare Scientia Journal (RIS) between 2018-2023. RIS publishes various academic materials, such as reports of experience, didactic proposals, articles and bibliographic reviews, focusing on Science Education (SE), which includes HE. The search for the term "health" resulted in 18 texts analyzed. Content Analysis generated two categories: "pedagogical practices in health education" and "approaches to health in documentary research". Official documents such as the National Curriculum Parameters (NCP) and the Common National Curriculum Base (CCBN) supported the practices and research, giving credibility to the publications. The pedagogical practices included methodologies such as didactic sequences,games, films and questionnaires, promoting reflections on healthy habits. The documentary research involved literature reviews and investigations with subjects, highlighting health concepts and based on historical-cultural area theorists and discourse analysis. Thus, the study reinforces the relevance of RIS in scientific dissemination and strengthening research in HE.Keywords:Health Education. Bibliographic Research. Pedagogical Practices.
