A Segurança do Paciente consiste na redução do dano desnecessário na assistência a um nível aceitável. Por esse motivo, entender a relação entre os riscos de danos, elementos influenciadores no cuidado à saúde e a contribuição da rede hospitalar pode proporcionar a equipe melhorias na assistência prestada. Sendo assim, é de suma importância o conhecimento de como são percebidos e avaliados pelos profissionais envolvidos na assistência. Apontar quais as principais fragilidades e fortalezas encontradas nas redes hospitalares. Revisão integrativa qualitativa, com buscas realizadas pelas bases de dados SciELO, Pubmed e BVS, contendo apenas pesquisas de campo, publicados no período de 2014-2019, realizadas em redes hospitalares e que utilizassem como o instrumento de coleta o Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture na íntegra. Para fins de tabulação, os dados foram extraídos e expostos em tabela. As dimensões encontradas foram classificadas por força, observando sua frequência de respostas positivas e negativas similares através da utilização da Moda (Mo). As principais dimensões fortalecidas encontradas foram Suporte da gestão para a segurança do paciente (90%) e Trabalho em equipe dentro das unidades (79%). Em contrapartida, as fragilidades foram Suporte da gestão para a segurança do paciente (15%) e Respostas não punitivas aos erros (25%). Esta revisão de literatura possibilitou observar o cenário atual, mostrando que a Cultura de Segurança do Paciente se encontra extremamente fragilizada. E o tema ganha cada vez mais espaço no universo das pesquisas.

The patient safety consists of reducing unnecessary harm to health care toan acceptable level. For this reason, understanding the relationship between injury risk, influencing elements in health care, and the contribution of the hospital network can provide the team with improvements in care delivery. Therefore, it is extremely important to know how they are perceived and evaluated by the professionals involved in the care. The objective is to point out the main fragilities and strengths found in hospital networks. Materials and Methods: This is a qualitative integrative review, with searches performed by SciELO, Pubmed and BVS databases, containing only field surveys, published in the period 2014 - 2019, accomplished in hospital networks and that used as the instrument of collection Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture in full. For tabulation purposes, the data were extracted and shown in the table. The dimensions found were classified by force, observing their frequency of similar positive and negative responses through the use of Mode (Mo). The main strengths found in the articles were the dimensions Management support for patient safety (90%) and Teamwork within the units (79%). In contrast, the fragilities found were Management support for patient safety (15%) and Non - punitive responses to errors (25%). This literature review made it possible to observe the current scenario, showing that the Patient Safety Culture is extremely fragile. And the theme is gaining more space in the universe of research.
