Este estudo analisou os significados atribuídos pelas participantes do Encontro Nacional Mulher Brilhante 2024, com ênfase nos temas emergentes a partir dos comentários à luz da Teoria da Autodeterminação. A pesquisa qualitativa baseou-se na análise de 69 comentários do Instagram oficial do evento. Palavras-chave e ideias recorrentes foram destacadas e agrupadas em três categorias principais: Transformação e Empoderamento, Inspiração e Espiritualidade e Aprendizado e Conexões. Os resultados revelaram que o evento atendeu às necessidades de autonomia, competência e relacionamento, promovendo motivação intrínseca e crescimento pessoal. Conclui-se que iniciativas como esta são fundamentais parafomentar ecossistemas empreendedores mais inclusivos e colaborativos.
This study analyzed the meanings attributed by the participants of the Brilliant Woman 2024 National Meeting, with an emphasis on themes emerging from the comments in light of the Self-Determination Theory. The qualitative researchwas based on the analysis of 69 comments from the event's official Instagram. Recurring keywords and ideas were highlighted and grouped into three main categories: Transformation and Empowerment, Inspiration and Spirituality, and Learning and Connections.The results revealed that the event met the needs for autonomy, competence and relationships, promoting intrinsic motivation and personal growth. It is concluded that initiatives like this are fundamental to foster more inclusive and collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystems.
