O artigo analisa o impacto dos recentes testes balÃsticos realizados pelas Coreias para as relações entre os dois paÃses e para o equilÃbrio regional. Destaca-se a evolução da questão nuclear e as mudanças polÃticas ocorridas na penÃnsula. Conclui-se que é uma continuação do padrão de aproximação-atrito vigente há duas décadas.
The paper analyzes the impact of the recent ballistic tests made by the Koreas to the relations between the two countries and to the regional balance. It is highlighted the evolution of the nuclear issue and the political changes occurred on the peninsula. It was concluded that it is a continuation of the pattern of approximation-friction current for two decades.
