Comenta-se a decisão monocrática proferida pela Presidência do Supremo Tribunal Federal em pedido de Suspensão de Segurança 5.381/DF, este ajuizado pela União Federal em face de decisão proferida pelo Tribunal Regional Federal da Primeira Região que suspendia os efeitos da Medida Provisória 932/2020, que reduzia as alíquotas de contribuição aos serviços sociais autônomos e duplicava o percentual de retribuição à Secretaria da Receita Federal pelos atos de arrecadação e repasse.

It is commented on the monocratic decision rendered by the Presidency of the Federal Supreme Court in a request for Suspension of Security 5,381/DF, which was filed by the Federal Government in view of a decision rendered by the Federal Regional Court of the First Region suspending the effects of Provisional Measure 932/2020 which reduced the contribution rates to autonomous social services and doubled the percentage of retribution to the Federal Revenue Service for the acts of collection and transfer.
