O texto analisa a nacionalização das minas na Bolívia no período do governo do MAS. Verifica-se como o governo atendeu aos anseios do grupo de interesse formado pelos trabalhadores mineiros. Analisa-se o tema a partir da abordagem teórica de Helen Milner e como fontes documentais utilizaram-se os Decretos Supremos. Concluiu-se que as nacionalizações atenderam parcialmente a cada fração representada no grupo de interesse formado pelos mineiros, com os cooperativistas sendo mais beneficiados em detrimento dos assalariados e com a direção da COB angariando maior espaço político.
This article addresses to the the nationalization of mines in Bolivia in the MAS government period. It appears as the government met the interest of the group formed by the miners. It analyzes the matter from the theoretical approach of Helen Milner and as documentary sources we used the legal norms. It was concluded that the nationalizations partially met each fraction represented in the interest group formed by the miners, with the cooperative being more benefit at the expense of employees and the leadership of the COB garnering substantial political space.
