While it is common to imagine that the civil procesual right is ideologically indifferent, important to note that this is not an object given course in empirical reality. On the contrary, being the result of political choices, it is not free from being influenced by the ideology of the legislator. In this article, we seek to draw relationships between ideologies and the civil process.
