O presente artigo discute o cuidar em famílias a partir da produção de reflexões acerca do termo cuidado, sua transversalidade no campo científico e seus rebatimentos nas famílias. Esta análise é pautada no debate das relações desiguais de gênero, sendo o cuidado o elemento estruturante do lugar do feminino no campo da reprodução social da vida. Pensar o cuidado como trabalho implica reconhecer seus custos e valorá-lo, isto é debatido na perspectiva conceitual da economia dos cuidados. Além de abrir espaço em conceber o cuidado pelo viés do direito garantido para famílias a fim de avançar em relações mais equitativas de gênero.
This article discusses the care inside families starting with reflections about the term care, its transversality in the scientific field and its impacts. This analysis is based on the discussion of unequal gender relations, being the care, the structuring element of the feminine place in the social reproduction of life. Suppose care as a job involves recognizing its costs and value it, what is discussed in the conceptual Care Economy perspective. Besides, it opens space for conceiving care for the Right bias to be guaranteed for the families in order to advance in more equitable gender relations.
