O artigo apresenta, a partir do entendimento de conceitos acerca de burocracia pública e judicial, acesso à justiça e princÃpio de eficiência, a possibilidade de conduzir ao auxÃlio de uma prestação jurisdicional com celeridade e efetividade, construindo uma estrutura administrativa inovadora e com implantação de ações que venham contribuir para uma justiça efetiva. Ao mesmo tempo, salientando que os serventuários da justiça, que são os atores responsáveis em executar os procedimentos judiciais, possam ter condições em aperfeiçoar esses procedimentos, alinhando-se as práticas de gestão organizacional para atender ao princÃpio da eficiência.
The article presents, from the understanding of concepts about public bureaucracy, access to justice and the principle of efficiency, the ability to lead the aid of a judicial assistance quickly and effectively, building an innovative management structure and implementation of actions that will contribute to an effective justice. At the same time, that the officers of justice, which are the key actors to implement the judicial proceedings, may be able to refine these procedures by aligning management practices to meet the organizational principle of efficiency.
