A estratégia em saúde da família é um exemplo marcante dos últimos tempos nessa evolução e implementação de políticas de saúde na atenção primária. A pesquisa teve como objetivo descrever a percepção e satisfação que os usuários da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) tem em relação ao acesso e serviços de saúde oferecidos à comunidade Ribeirinha de Calama – RO. Foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, descritiva, exploratória com abordagem qualitativa, no período de janeiro de 2018. O estudo foi realizado com 30 usuários da Unidade Básica de Saúde, onde em sua maioria, mostraram insatisfação em relação ao atendimento dos agendamentos de consultas; falta de infraestrutura, falta de recursos humanos e materiais, apontaram ainda o número reduzido relacionado ao quantitativo de profissionais na equipe da ESF, como ausência de enfermeiro e dentista, falta de medicamentos, dentre outros obstáculos para o atendimento. Portanto, se faz necessário avançar nas ações da Saúde Coletiva e dos serviços de saúde oferecidos na Atenção primária na comunidade pesquisada, buscando soluções que tragam mudanças positivas no contexto do cuidado desta população.

The Family health strategy is a striking example of recent times in this evolution and implementation of health policies in primary care. The objective of the research was to describe the perception and satisfaction that the users of the Health Strategy (ESF) in relation to the access and health services offered to the riverside community of Calama – RO. A field survey was carried out, descriptive, exploratory with Qualitative approach in the period of January 2018. The study was carried out with 30 users of the basic health unit, where most of them showed dissatisfaction with regard to the attendance of appointment schedules; Lack of infrastructure, lack of human resources and materials, also pointed to the reduced number of professionals in the ESF team, such as absence of nurses and dentists, lack of medications, among other obstacles to the Service. Therefore, it is necessary to move forward in the actions of the collective health and health services offered in primary attention in the research community, seeking solutions that bring positive changes in the context of the care of this population.
