We report the case of a 60 year-old, male patient who complained of a bloody discharge from one side of the nose and right-sided nasal obstruction. He underwent nasal surgery and biopsy to remove the mass. The histopathological examination revealed an adenosquamous carcinoma, a very rare entity, of which there are only about eight cases reported in the medical literature.
