O artigo analisa a problemática da inclusão e, para tanto, faz um breve escorço
histórico a respeito do tratamento dispensado aos portadores de necessidades especiais
até a atualidade. Por conseguinte, ressalta que o processo de inclusão social
surgiu como oposição às práticas de exclusão evidenciadas até então, delineando
suas principais caracterÃsticas. A partir daà relata dados coletados a respeito da
questão em pesquisa de campo realizada.
