O processo participativo dos agricultores familiares da Rede Ecovida é determinante na construção de aspectos de confiabilidade e troca de experiências entre os mesmos e com os consumidores. Nascida por meio de reivindicações por uma agricultura mais sustentável, a Rede, está ancorada sob princípios de produção agroecológica. A Rede Ecovida esclarece que algumas regras gerais são estabelecidas quando se trata de comercialização dos produtos da produção agroecológica, que são: o acesso à toda população por meio de preços mais justos, a reciprocidade entre agricultores e consumidores, além da priorização do mercado interno tendo em vista os mercados locais. A dinâmica da Rede é movida por projetos de vida, os quais sustentam a autonomia de cada indivíduo com vista à valorização do meio ambiente como lugar e espaço a ser preservado através de uma produção mais sustentável e saudável. As questões sobre a qualidade, origem e produção saudável dos alimentos, as quais estão imbricadas no tema do consumo consciente, também se encontram ressaltadas na sociedade a partir de reivindicação de consumidores. Observa-se que a valorização do agricultor não convencional se faz necessária, face à rápida evolução do agricultor moderno convencional altamente ligado a agricultura capitalista
The participative process of the family farmers of the Ecovida Network is decisive in the construction of aspects of reliability and exchange of experiences between them and with the consumers. The questions about the quality, origin and healthy production of food, which are embedded in the theme of conscious consumption, are also highlighted in society from consumer demand. It is observed that the appreciation of the unconventional farmer is necessary, given the rapid evolution of conventional modern farmer highly linked to capitalist and globalized agriculture.
