O presente artigo se propõe a analisar a tradução feita para o português
da novela Alice, Benni (2007) do livro La grammatica di Dio (2007). A análise será
iniciada com uma reflexão sobre o papel do tradutor, em seguida abordaremos as
principais dificuldades encontradas na tradução e as soluções adotadas, sempre
fundamentando a análise em alguns dos principais teóricos dos Estudos de Tradução.
The present article intends to analyze the translation to Portuguese of the
novel Alice, Benni (2007) from the book La grammatica di Dio (2007). The analysis
will begin with a reflection on the role of the translator, followed by the main difficulties
found in translation and the solutions adopted, always basing the analysis on some of
the major theorists of Translation Studies.
