Resumo Português:
O objetivo principal deste artigo foi tratar sobre
os princípios fundamentais que se inserem no
âmbito da Administração Indireta, os quais
devem ser obrigatoriamente observados na
criação e funcionamento das entidades
administrativas. Diante disso, o presente
trabalho tratou de forma específica a respeito do
princípio da reserva legal, da especialidade e do
controle (ou vinculação).
Resumo Inglês:
The main objective of this article was to deal
with the fundamental principles that fall within
the scope of Indirect Administration, which
must be observed in the creation and
functioning of administrative entities.
Therefore, the present work dealt specifically
about the principle of legal reserve, specialty,
and control (or binding).
