Oobjetivo do presente artigo foi analisar as relações que os professores de Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) têm com os diferentes sujeitos da escola que,direta ou indiretamente,influenciam seu trabalho. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram 36 professores de AEE que aceitaram participar do estudo. Através da apresentação e análise dos dados coletados das entrevistas com os professores de Atendimento Educacional Especializado,foi possível perceber que a relação com os outros sujeitos da escola,que direta ou indiretamente influem seu trabalho,é,em geral,positiva. O destaque ficoupor conta da relação com os alunos da Sala de Recursos Multifuncionais e seus familiares. Por outro lado, dos oito itens analisados, apenas no que diz respeito a relação com o(a) secretário(a) municipal de educação e o(a) coordenador(a) pedagógico(a),tiveram resposta na opção “ruim”, sendo estes também os itens com menores porcentagens de respostas na opção “excelente”.

The aim of this article was to analyze the relationships that teachers of Specialized Educational Care (ESA) have with the different subjects of the school that directly or indirectly influence their work. The research subjects were 36 ESA teachers who agreed to participate in the study. Through the presentation and analysis of data collected from interviews with teachers of Specialized Educational Care it was possible to realize that the relationship with other school subjects that directly or indirectly influence their work is generally positive. The highlight is the relationship with the students of the Multifunctional Resource Room and their families. On the other hand, of the eight items analyzed, only in relation to the relationship with the municipalsecretary of education and the pedagogical coordinator, they answered in the “bad” option. These are also the items with the lowest response percentages in the “excellent” option.
