Um grande desafio da empresa e dos seus administradores, consiste em compatibilizar os objetivos adversos grupos de interesse, por meio de frequentes alternativas de oportunidades financeiras, internas ou externamente ao país, menos arriscadas e com maior liquidez. Normalmente o investidor se depara com diversas oportunidades de aplicação de capitais e deve decidir qual ou quais serão aproveitadas. Esta expectativa de benefícios econômicos futuros determina-se pela capacidade que a empresa demonstra em remunerar seus investidores, assim como expectativa de retorno seja suficiente para cobrir os ganhos livres de riscos existentes no mercado e compense a magnitude do risco inerente a tal investimento. Neste sentido, esta pesquisa tem por objetivo Verificar a viabilidade utilização dos indicadores contábeis, por meio do Termômetro de Kanitz e análise dinâmica de Fleuriet, para tomada de decisão de investimento de pequenos investidores, sob a ótica de um sócio investidor. Para efetivar esta análise, a pesquisa foi realizada como estudo de caso de caráter descritivo e com viés quantitativo. Para atingir o objetivo, propôs-se e o uso do modelo de Análise Dinâmica das Demonstrações, idealizado por Michel Fleuriet, buscando uma análise aliado ao uso do termômetro de Kanitz, tendo como finalidade compor um instrumento para extrair informações das demonstrações contábeis, que mostram não apenas a posição econômico-financeira passada e/ou atual da empresa, mas, também, os fatores que ajudarão na sua evolução. Sob a perspectiva do investidor, foram analisados os indicadores de investimento o tempo de retorno do capital investido, determinado pelo seu Payback; Valor Presente Líquido (VPL), apresentando o valor liquido atual dos fluxos futuros de recursos e a Taxa Interna de Retorno, onde se determinou a viabilidade do empreendimento em relação a expectativa de retorno do capital investido.

A major challenge for the company and its managers is to reconcile the adverse objectives of interest groups, through frequent alternatives to financial opportunities, both domestically and externally, which are less risky and more liquid. Usually the investor is faced with several capital investment opportunities and must decide which one or which will be used. This expectation of future economic benefits is determined by the company's ability to compensate its investors, as well as the expected return is sufficient to cover the risk free gains in the market and offset the magnitude of the risk inherent to such investment. In this sense, this research has the objective of verifying the feasibility of using the accounting indicators, through the Kanitz Thermometer and Fleuriet dynamic analysis, for investment decision-making of small investors, from the perspective of an investing partner. To carry out this analysis, the research was carried out as a case study of descriptive character and with a quantitative bias. In order to reach the objective, it was proposed the use of the Dynamic Analysis of Demonstrations model, idealized by Michel Fleuriet, seeking an analysis allied to the use of the Kanitz thermometer, in order to compose an instrument to extract information from the financial statements, which show not only the company's past and / or current economic position, but also the factors that will help in its evolution. From the perspective of the investor, the investment indicators were analyzed the time of return of the capital invested, determined by its Payback; Net Present Value (NPV), presenting the net present value of the future flows of resources and the Internal Rate of Return, where the viability of the venture was determined in relation to the expectation of return of the invested capital.
