A análise linguística(AL)é primordial para a tomada de consciência em relação à linguagem, uma vez que essa desperta outras áreas não prezadas pelo método tradicional de ensino de línguas, cujos pilares são, na maioria das vezes, os estudos gramaticais, desvinculado de um sentido prático e/ou de um contexto. Sendo assim, a AL é fundamental para promover a reflexão sobre a linguagem e seu uso em diferentes situações, capacitando indivíduos para o uso eficiente da língua materna e/ou estrangeira. Por meio da reflexão crítica da linguagem, os sujeitos são capazes de se integrar, adequar, modificar, criticar e agir em diferentes meios, fazendo uso pleno das faculdades da linguagem. Assim como em língua materna, a utilização da análise linguística no ensino-aprendizagem de uma língua estrangeira faz-se necessário, pois se apropriando de um novo idioma e cultura, o sujeito é capaz também de compreender e circular em contextos socioculturais diferentes do seu.

The linguistic analysis (LA) is primordial for the awareness of the language, since it awakens other areas not appreciated by the traditional method of language teaching that relies on grammar studies and, most of the time, unlinked of a practical sense and / or context. Thus, AL is fundamental to provide reflection on language and its use in different situations, enabling individuals to use the mother tongue or foreign language effectively. Through the critical reflection of language, subjects are able to integrate, adapt, modify, criticize and act in different ways, making full use of the faculties of language. As in the mother tongue, the use of linguistic analysis in the teaching-learning of a foreign language is necessary, because by appropriating a new language and culture, the subject is also capable of understanding and circulating in sociocultural contexts different from his own.
