APRENDIZADO SIGNIFICATIVO: DA INTER-TRANSDISCIPLINARIDADE À TRANSVERSALIDADE NA FORMAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO DO ADMINISTRADOR

A Faculdade do Pará apresenta um corpo docente que, de forma espontânea em conjunto
com o planejamento anual realizado pelos órgãos competentes, vem desenvolvendo nos
diversos períodos que compreendem a estrutura curricular das habilitações do Curso de
Bacharelado em Administração, iniciativas de trabalhos desenvolvidos de forma
multidisciplinar ou interdisciplinar com seus alunos, buscando assim realizar uma mudan-
ça na relação de ensino-aprendizagem. Com a finalidade de propiciar à instituição, o desdobramento de uma metodologia integrativa em sua estrutura organizacional, ou seja, em
todos os seus cursos é que se apresentou, inicialmente, a idéia do aprendizado significativo: da inter-transdisciplinaridade à transversalidade na formação do conhecimento do administrador na configuração do projeto intitulado “O Aprender Contínuo”, com a finalidade de propiciar a Faculdade do Pará um processo efetivo de interação e integração do
aluno na relação ensino-aprendizagem.

Resumo Inglês:

University of Pará presents a faculty that in a spontaneous way together with the annual
planning accomplished by the competent organs is developing in the several periods that
understand the structure curricular of the qualifications of the Course of Baccalaureate in
Administration, initiatives of developed works of form multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary
with their students, looking for like this to accomplish a change in the teaching-learning
relationship. With the purpose of propitiating to the institution, the unfolding of a
methodology integrator in organizational structure, in other words, in all their courses it
is that he/she came the idea of the significant learning initially: of the inter-transdisciplinarity
the transversality in the formation of the administrator’s knowledge in the configuration
of the entitled project Learning Continuous”, with the purpose of propitiating University
of Pará an effective process of interaction and the student’s integration in the relationship
teaching-learning.
