O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a análise sobre a invasão do Poder Executivo em relação à Competência Legislativa do Congresso Nacional, com intuito de garantir os interesses da Presidência da República quanto à aprovação de Projetos de Lei, além dos resquícios do Federalismo Integralista ainda predominante na atualidade.

This paper aims to analyze the invasion of the Executive Power in relation to the Legislative Compe-tence of the National Congress, in order to guarantee the interests of the Presidency of the Republic regarding the approval of bills, in addition to the remains of Integralist Federalism still prevalent in the present.
