ASPECTOS EMOCIONAIS DA MULHER FRENTE ÀS NECESSIDADES ENCONTRADAS DURANTE O PERÍODO DA INTERNAÇÃO NA OBSTETRÍCIA

Introdução: A internação da mulher no setor de obstetrícia sem ser por causas fisiológicas (a exemplo o parto) traz muitas angústias uma vez que neste período a mulher pode ter períodos de estranheza e sensações de vazio apresentando como consequência a rejeição do seu bebê. Objetivo: Analisaras necessidades encontradas pela mulher no setor de Obstetrícia durante o período de internação em um hospital de ensino. Materiais e Métodos: Foi realizado um estudo descritivo exploratório de abordagem qualitativa, onde participou 41 mulheres que estavam internadas no setor de Obstetrícia de um Hospital de Ensino da região Sul Fluminense, sendo os dados coletados no período de setembro a outubro de 2017. Foi realizada uma entrevista semiestruturada, e os dados foram analisados pela metodologia de categorização. Resultado: De acordo com análise dos dados foi possível identificar duas categorias para a análise dos resultados, a saber, “A segurança física e psicológica, relacionadas ao ambiente” e “A humanização da assistência como fator de respeito e reconhecimento das fragilidades apresentadas por estas mulheres”. Conclusão: Conclui-se com o estudo que as necessidades encontradas pela mulher no setor de Obstetrícia durante o período de internação estão relacionadas às necessidades fisiológicas, de segurança e de estima, das quais os enfermeiros planejam e estabelecem instrumentos essenciais de cuidados de enfermagem, com intuito de diminuir as dificuldades, aumentar a satisfação e bem estar desta mulher.

Introduction: The hospitalization of the woman in the obstetrics sector, other than physiological causes (for example, childbirth) causes many anguish, since in this period the woman may experience periods of strangeness and feelings of emptiness, presenting as a consequence the rejection of her baby.Objective:To analyze the needs encountered by the woman in the Obstetrics sector during the period of hospitalization in a teaching hospital.Materials and Methods:A descriptive exploratory qualitative study was carried out, in which 41 women who were hospitalizedin the Obstetrics sector of a Hospital of Education in the South Fluminense region were enrolled, and the data were collected from September to October 2017. It was performed a semi-structured interview, and the data were analyzed by the categorization methodology.Results:According to data analysis, it was possible to identify two categories for the analysis of the results, namely:"Physical and psychological safety related to the environment" and"The humanization of care as a factor of respect and recognition of fragilities presented by these women. Conclusion: The study concludes that the needs encountered by women in the obstetrics sector during the period of hospitalization are related to the physiological, safety and esteem needs of which nurses plan and establish essential nursing care instruments, in order to reduce difficulties, increase the satisfaction and well-being of this woman.
