Assistência de enfermagem ao pré-natal: reflexão sobre a atuação do enfermeiro para o processo educativo na saúde gestacional da mulher

Resumo Português:

Na busca de novos caminhos que melhor refletissem sobre a consulta de enfermagem como um espaço para a
educação em saúde durante o pré-natal, foi realizado um estudo exploratório, com o principal objetivo de
promover a saúde e identificar precocemente problemas que possam resultar em risco para a saúde da gestante e
do concepto. Para tanto, adotou-se como referencial metodológico a análise de artigos de autores consagrados no
assunto em referencia. Frente aos resultados encontrados, a ação educativa realizada pela enfermagem durante a
consulta do pré-natal caracteriza-se como uma ação que tem como propósito educar e proporcionar uma melhor
qualidade de vida para gestante. A pesquisa aponta para a reorientação do serviço de enfermagem na atenção à
gestante; a criação de um ambiente físico adequado para o atendimento da consulta de enfermagem e a
participação da gestante em grupos ou individualmente. Estes resultados reforçam uma preocupação no que diz
respeito à forma com que as ações educativas na consulta do pré-natal são realizadas.

Resumo Inglês:

In the search of new ways that better reflected on the nursing consultation as a space for the education in health
during the preNatal one, exploratory study was carried through, with the main objective to promote the health
and precociously to identify problems that can result at risk for the health of the pregnant and concepto. For in
such a way, the article analysis was adopted as reference methodologic of authors consecrated in the subject in
reference. Thus, one became capable to make an reflection that guided such studies and brought the description
of the reality. Front to the results found, the educative action carried through by the nursing during the
consultation of the preNatal one is characterized as an action that has as intention to educate and to provide one
better quality of life for pregnant. The research points with respect to the reorientation of the service of nursing
in the attention to the pregnant; the creation of a physical environment adjusted for the attendance of the nursing
consultation and the participation of the pregnant in groups or individually. These results strengthen a concern in
what it says respect to the form with that the educative actions in the consultation of the preNatal one are carried
through.
