O presente artigo tem como objetivo discutir a atuação do Comitê Intersetorial de Acompanhamento e Monitoramento da Política da População em Situação de Rua no Estado do Paraná (CIAMPRua-PR), destacando as ações propostas e executadas entre os anos de 2017 a 2021, que vem contribuindo para a implementação da Política Nacional direcionada a este segmento, criada em 2009. Constitui-se de uma pesquisa exploratória e de natureza documental a partir da análise do Relatório Circunstanciado (2017) e dos Planos de Trabalho (2018 a 2021) publicizados pelo CIAMPRua-PR, de modo a identificar os principais eixos norteadores que vêm balizando a atuação do Comitê paranaense entre os referidos anos. Constata-se que as ações desenvolvidas no estado vão ao encontro dos objetivos e diretrizes da PNPSR, com iniciativas e ações voltadas principalmente ao acesso ao direito social à moradia, ao trabalho e à alimentação.
This article discusses the work of the Intersectoral Committee for Monitoring and Oversight of the Homeless Population Policy in the State of Paraná (CIAMPRua-PR), highlighting the actions proposed and implemented between 2017 and 2021. These actions have contributed to the implementation of the National Policy for this segment, created in 2009. This exploratory and documentary research is based on the analysis of the Detailed Report (2017) and the Work Plans (2018 to 2021) published by CIAMPRua-PR, aiming to identify the main guiding principles that have guided the work of the Paraná Committee during these years. It appears that the actions developed in the state meet the objectives and guidelines of the PNPSR, with initiatives and actions focused primarily on access to the social rights to housing, work, and food.
