O foco da análise do conto “História Naturalâ€, escrito por Autran Dourado, é a forma como o autor constrói
o foco narrativo e o protagonista, no sentido de fazer emergir os mecanismos de construção da auto-representação
e da estigmatização. Como aporte teórico, utilizou-se, na análise, conceitos de Erving Goffman e Stuart Hall, referentes às representações sociais, à identidade e à estigmatização.
The focus of the analysis of the short-story “História Natural , written by Autran Dourado, is on how the author
develops the narrative point of view and the main character in order to elicit the construction mechanisms of selfrepresentation and stigmatization. As a theoretical guide, the analysis used concepts by Erving Goffman and Stuart Hall, concerning social representations, identity and stigmatization.
