AVALIAÇÃO DE CULTIVARES DE MANGA SOBRE DIFERENTES PORTAENXERTOS

Foi implantado na Unidade Universitária de Ipameri um experimento, visando
estudar a influência de quatro cultivares copa (Alfa Embrapa 142, Amrapali, Roxa
Embrapa 141 e Van Dyke) e três porta-enxertos (Amrapali, Ubá e Coquinho). O
delineamento experimental utilizado foi em blocos casualizados, com os
tratamentos dispostos em parcelas subdivididas, e três repetições, tendo nas
parcelas os porta-enxertos e nas sub-parcelas as cultivares copa. Foram
utilizadas, por parcela 25 mudas. As sementes dos porta-enxertos, obtidas de
frutos maduros, dos quais foram retirados a polpa e o endocarpo e semeadas
diretamente na embalagem plástica pretos, próprios para mudas, medindo 40cm x
22cm e 0,18 cm de espessura. Cerca de cinco meses após a semeadura foram
feitas as enxertias por garfagem, tipo fenda cheia, utilizando-se garfos retirados das
plantas matrizes utilizadas como copa, recebendo, após amarrio e cobertura plástica
para manter a umidade das partes combinantes. As mudas assim obtidas foram
mantidas sob sombrite com 50 % de sombreamento até completa brotação. Dados
de porcentagem de pegamento de enxertos. Para as análises estatísticas foi
utilizado o aplicativo Estat e as médias comparadas pelo teste de Tukey, ao nível de
5% de probabilidade estatística. A porcentagem de pegamento foi baixa no
experimento, mas foi possível detectar diferenças significativas entre os fatores
porta-enxerto, copa e interação copa x porta-enxertos. Os porta-enxertos foram
equivalentes em termos de pegamento de enxertos para as cultivares Alfa Embrapa
142 e Roxa Embrapa 141. Coquinho proporcionou menor porcentagem de
pegamento na cultivar Van Dyke. A cultivar Amrapali apresentou maior
pegamento, quando enxertada sobre Amrapali. Em média a cultivar Van Dyke
apresentou os menores pegamentos de enxerto, mas igualou-se à Roxa Embrapa
141, quando enxertadas sobre Amrapali e com todas cultivares copa, quando
enxertada sobre Ubá.

It was carried out at the University of Ipameri an experiment to study the influence
of four scion varieties (Alfa Embrapa 142, Amrapali, Roxa Embrapa 141 and Van Dyke)
and three rootstocks (Amrapali, Uba and Coquinho). The experiment was randomized
blocks with treatments arranged in split plots and three replications, with plots rootstocks
and sub-plots the scion varieties. Were used, each plot 25 plants. The seeds of
rootstocks, obtained from fruits mature, which were removed from the pulp and cored
and seeded directly into the black plastic bag, suitable for seedlings, measuring 40 cm x
22 cm and 0.18 cm thick. Nearly five months after planting the grafts were made by
grafting, cleft filled, using forks removed from the mother plants used as canopy,

The percentage of fixation was low in the experiment, but it was possible to detect
significant differences among the factors door rootstock, canopy and canopy interaction
x rootstock. Rootstocks were equivalent in terms of graft takes for Alfa Embrapa 142 and
Roxa Embrapa 141 cultivars. Coquinho provided the lowest percentage of fixation in
cultivar Van Dyke. The Amrapali cultivar showed greater fixation, when grafted on
Amrapali. On average cultivar Van Dyke setts had the lowest graft, but equaled the
Roxa Embrapa 141, when grafted on Amrapali and all scion varieties, when grafted on
Uba.
