As pesquisas sobre a atividade turística em Mato Grosso são realizadas pelo Observatório de Desenvolvimento e contribuem para o monitoramento do setor, tornando-se essenciais na proposição, execução e avaliação de políticas públicas nos diversos âmbitos de governança, como também, compreender o funcionamento e a estrutura do turismo no estado. Sendo assim, para a demonstração desta pesquisa ametodologia empregada é quantitativa, com análise dos principais indicadores coletados. Os resultados apresentados neste boletim é fruto do trabalho realizado durante o ano de 2022,entre os meses de janeiro a março de 2023, no qualapontam parauma recuperação substancialem alguns segmentos, impactados com as medidas restritivas que ocorreramentre os anos de 2020 e 2021.

Research on tourism activity in Mato Grosso is carried out by the Development Observatory and contributes to the monitoring of the sector, becoming essential in the proposition, execution and evaluation of public policies in the various spheres ofgovernance, as well as understanding the functioning and structure of tourism in the state. Thus, for the demonstration of this research, the methodology employed is quantitative, with analysis of the main indicators collected. The results presented in this bulletin are the result of the work carried out during the year 2022, between the months of January to March 2023, in which they point to a substantial recovery in some segments, impacted by the restrictive measures that occurred between the years 2020 and 2021.
