O artigo em questão busca compreender e analisar o fenômeno do bullyinggordofóbico nas aulas de Educação Física. Inicialmente, produzimos uma revisão bibliográficaque nos indicou apenas um artigoque trata especificamente desse recorte. Depois, construímosum questionário,disponibilizado pela internet, o qual foipreenchido por 43 professores participantes. De acordo com os dados, 36 professores já identificaram discursos de bullyinggordofóbico em suas aulas. Sobre o papel do professor e as formas de intervir, alguns descreveram intervenções muito superficiais, baseadas em broncas e em discursos apaziguadores. Outros indicaram ações mais complexas, como elaborarum projeto pedagógico a partir da desconstrução dos padrões de saúde e beleza.
The article in question sought to understand and analyze the phenomenon of fatphobic bullying in Physical Education classes. To this end, a questionnaire was made available on the internet, completed by 43 participating teachers. According to the data, 36 teachers have already identified speeches of fatphobic bullying in their classes. Only seven (7) have never seen such a phenomenon. About the role of the teacher and the ways to intervene, some described very superficial interventions. Others indicated more complex actions, such as elaborating a pedagogical project based on the deconstruction of health and beauty standards.
