Com a aprovação da Lei 13.185 de 2015, que institui o Programa de Combate à Intimidação Sistemática, clubes e instituições de ensino devemcriar medidas de prevenção e combate ao bullying, principalmente por meio da conscientização de toda a comunidade escolar, a fim de diminuir os impactos causados por este fenômeno. A presente pesquisa nasceu de questionamentos sobre reflexões, posicionamentos e atitudes desses profissionais diante dos possíveis casos de bullyingque ocorrem dentro de suas respectivasescolas,comoobjetivodeinvestigar e analisar o nível de conhecimento legal e técnico dos 15professoresde Educação Física atuantes em instituições públicas e privadas no Estado do Rio de Janeiro.Os resultados mostram que as ações que envolvem este fenômeno nasescolas, necessitam com urgência de atenção, no que tange ao oferecimento de capacitações para os professores, e trabalhos de combate ao bullyingque sejammais eficazes.
With the approval of Law 13,185 of 2015, which institutes the Program to Combat Systematic Intimidation, clubs and educational institutions must create measures to prevent and combat bullying, mainly by raising awareness among the entire school community, in order to reduce impacts caused by this phenomenon. This research was born out of questions about reflections, positions and attitudes of these professionals in the face of possible cases of bullying that occur within their respective schools, with the aim of investigating and analyzing the level of legal and technical knowledge of the 15 Physical Education teachers working in public and private institutions in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The results show that the actions that involve this phenomenon in schools, urgently need attention, regarding the provision of training for teachers, and work to combat bullying that are more effective.
