O presente artigo tem como escopo analisar a proteção jurídica à dignidade da pessoa humana no seio da sociedade de dados. O objetivo principal é tratar de como preservar a dignidade da pessoa humana no contexto em que as interações humanas estão cada mais permeadas pelas novas tecnologias de big data pelo e ambiente digital. O presente trabalho tem sua importância justificada na assimilação dos novos padrões de interação social e a proteção jurídica a ser conferida no novo contexto social. A metodologia empregada na construção deste artigo foi a lógico-dedutiva, com base no procedimento de análise bibliográfica sobre os pontos centrais envolvendo a sociedade de dados, o campo digital e a defesa da dignidade da pessoa humana.
Resumo Inglês:
The present article aims to analyze the legal protection of human dignity within the data society. The main objective is to address how to preserve the dignity of the human person in the context where human interactions are increasingly permeated by new technologies such as big data and the digital environment. This work is justified by the assimilation of new patterns of social interaction and the legal protection to be conferred in the new social context. The methodology employed in the construction of this article was logical-deductive, based on a bibliographic analysis procedure on the central points involving the data society, the digital field, and the defense of human dignity.
