Este artigo busca apresentar as capacidades interativas dos dispositivos de leitura de livros digitais touchscreen em comparativo com os tablets. Para isso é apresentado um panorama da evolução dos livros digitais (e-books) e dos dispositivos de leitura destes livros (tablets e e-readers). Também será demonstrado como os recursos interativos foram se moldando aos leitores que buscavam cada vez mais uma aproximação com os livros tradicionais impressos.
This article seeks to present the interactive capabilities of reading digital books in comparison with touchscreen tablets devices. For an overview of this evolution of digital books (e-books) and reading devices these books (tablets and e-readers) is presented. It will also be shown how interactive resources were shaping up to readers who increasingly sought a rapprochement with the traditional printed books.
