O presente estudo tem como objetivo verificar a influência dos gastos relacionados com o capital intelectual e de seus componentes (capital humano, capital de cliente e capital estrutural) sobre o desempenho da educação nas instituições de ensino, especificamente nos Institutos Federais, nos anos de 2017 a 2019, com base no Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM). Utilizou-se o modelo dos Métodos Quadrados Ordinários (MQO). Os resultados evidenciaram que o capital intelectual e o capital humano se relacionaram positivamente com as notas do ENEM.
The present study aims to verify the influence of spending related to intellectual capital and its components (human capital, customer capital and structural capital) on the performance of education in educational institutions, specifically in Federal Institutes, in the years 2017 to 2019, based on the National High School Exam (ENEM). The Ordinary Squared Methods (OLS) model was used. The results showed that intellectual capital and human capital were positively related to ENEM scores.
