Este artigo estuda a ampliação da cidadania em decorrência da dinamogenesis dos direitos humanos e da compatibilização de valores que ao se adensarem colocam a dignidade da pessoa humana num novo patamar, mais complexo. Esta pesquisa revela a dimensão atual da cidadania no contexto do século XXI e demonstra a influência do fenômeno da globalização nos estados, que passam a atuar de forma cooperativa e compartilhando soberania. Nesse cenário globalizado, aponta as novas formas de exercitar a cidadania cosmopolita e regional e revela a relação de complementariedade que existe entre os sistemas de proteção da cidadania – nacional, regional e universal.

This paper studies the extension of citizenship as a result of dinamogenesis human rights and the compatibility of values when they attach put the Human Dignity in a new level, more complex. This research reveals the current dimension of citizenship in the context of the XXI`s century and shows the influence of the globalization phenomenon in the states, which now operate cooperating and sharing their sovereignty. In the globalization`s scenario suggests new ways of exercising cosmopolitan and regional citizenship and reveals the relationship complementarity that exists between the protection of citizenship systems - national, regional and universal.
