COMÉRCIO INTERNACIONAL DE CARNE BOVINA: ANÁLISE DAS EXPORTAÇÕES NO PERIODO DE PANDEMIA A PARTIR DO ANO DE 2020/2021

O comércio internacional refere-se as operações comerciais entre diferentes países que estão em desenvolvimento. A carne bovina já ocupa a 6ª colocação no Ranking de produtos mais exportados pelo nosso país. A exportação deste commoditie ocorre diante da necessidade de alta demanda em proteína animal. Desta forma, sendo o Brasil, um detentor de um dos maiores rebanhos mundiais, destaca-se neste segmento e dispõe para diversos países do mundo, tais como China, Europa, Oriente Médio, entre outros, partes e peças bovinas com alto padrão de qualidade. O objetivo do trabalho é demonstrar e analisar o impacto pandêmico em relação as exportações de carnes bovinas em um frigorífico de grande porte inserido na microrregião noroeste do estado de São Paulo, comparando os anos de 2019 (anterior a pandemia), 2020 e 2021 (auge da pandemia) e o potencial cenário do ano de 2022 (pós-vacinação). Com a ampla divulgação da pandemia do SARS-COVID19, em março de 2020, que provocou além de muitas mortes, trouxe também muitas dificuldades para as empresas, pois foram necessárias novas ideias de como acessar seus clientes. O trabalho se justifica mediante a necessidade de se comparar os resultados das exportações no período Pré-pandemia (2019) e suas oscilações nos anos pandêmicos (2020 e 2021) e Pós-vacinação (2022). Metodologia empregada para desenvolvimento deste artigo, quanto a utilização dos resultados, será a pesquisa aplicada. Referente a natureza do método, será utilizada a pesquisa qualitativa. Após a análise dos resultados, será possível traçar um comparativo entre o cenário Pré-pandemia, pandêmico e pós-pandemia, mediante a retomada do impulsionamento da economia nacional.

International trade refers to commercial operations between different countries that are developing. Beef already occupies the 6th place in the Ranking of products most exported by our country. The export ofthis commodity occurs due to the need for high demand for animal protein. In this way, as Brazil holds one of the largest herds in the world, it stands out in this segment and has bovine parts with high quality standards for several countries around the world, such as China, Europe, and the Middle East, among others. . The objective of this work is to demonstrate and analyze the pandemic impact on beef exports in a large refrigerator located in the northwest micro-region of the state of São Paulo, comparing the years 2019 (prior to the pandemic), 2020 and 2021 (heyday). Of the pandemic) and the potential scenario of the year 2022 (post-vaccination). With the wide dissemination of the SARS-COVID19 pandemic, in March 2020, which in addition to many deaths also brought many difficulties for companies, as new ideas were needed on how to access their customers. The work is justified by the need to compare the results of exports in the Pre-pandemic period (2019) and their fluctuations in the pandemic years (2020 and 2021) and Post-vaccination (2022). Methodology used for the development of this article, regarding the use of the results, will be applied research. Regarding the nature of the method, qualitative research will be used. As for the purposes, descriptive research will be used. After analyzing the results, it will be possible to draw a comparison between the pre-pandemic, pandemic and post-pandemic scenario, through the resumption of boosting the national economy.
