O artigo discute o conceito de Complexo Agroindustrial como base da construção de
atividades agrícolas modernas no meio rural brasileiro e da definição do chamado
“agronegocio”. Nesse sentido, o processo de integração entre agricultura e indústria
é evidenciado também na ampliação das relações intersetoriais que culminaram na
estruturação de um novo padrão agrário. Nesse, a agricultura se constitui em mais
um elo da dinâmica produtiva geral e o espaço agrícola passa a ser comandado pela
lógica da ampliação das relações capitalistas no campo. As transformações no setor
agroindustrial resultaram na superação conceitual da terminologia Complexo
Agroindustrial. O caso do Estado do Paraná e a participação das cooperativas
agropecuárias têm destaque na discussão.

Resumo Inglês:

The article argues the concept of Agro-industrial Complex as base of the construction
of modern agricultural activities in the Brazilian agricultural way, of the definition of
the “agribusiness". In this direction, the process of integration between agriculture
and industry are also evidenced in the magnifying of the inter-sectorial relations that
had culminated in the structural of a new agrarian standard. In this, agriculture if
constitutes in plus a link of the general productive dynamics and the agricultural
space passes to be commanded by the logic of the magnifying of the capitalist
relations in the countryside. The transformations in the agro-industrial sector had
resulted in the conceptual overcoming of the Agro-industrial Complex terminology.
The case of the Paraná State and the participation of the agricultural cooperatives
have prominence in the quarrel.
